Bad mic, slow connection, very uncomfortable
Takes up to 10 seconds just to connect to my device, and the mic quality is useless for calls. They are also super uncomfortable to wear for anything longer than 30 minutes. Would not recommend.

NICE BUDS
Sounds is of good quality. They can be easily paired with multiple devices which is nice. Long battery life. Uses a type c charger that universal with other charging items and setup us easy. I personally like that you can register your earbuds ro your personal self just in case they get stolen or lost.

Pretty good
I like the sound, I like the feel, but the pair I got disconnect every time I pause what I am listening to or sound will only come out of one earbud and I have to reconnect. I just reset it so hopefully have no problems moving forward but it was been an issue.

Love them
They stay on! It didn't matter which ear cup/earbud type I used in the past, they never stayed on/in. I've lost earbuds to the toilet, sink, outside, etc.

JLab Customer
Jlabs Open Ear Flex earbuds are a good quality volume wise. However, depending on the size of each side of a person's ear the buds may or may not hang on snuggled onto ear lobes. Enjoy.

I am in healthcare and a full time student. They allow me to Still be present and listen to what I'm listening too.
