Terrible as a bike, mediocre as an Ebike

Why and who decided that it'd be a good idea to install a constant break when not pedaling and also when pedaling to make coasting impossible. Its not a usage time thing either, since the day I got it there's always been a weird hidden speed limiter to make it annoying to coast, and when it's out of battery that speed limiter is somehow on?? Making pedaling normally as a bike impossible not because of the weight but because it feels like I'm constantly pulling on both brakes as im pedaling makin...

Nice looking bike but impossible to repair

Turns out the rear tire cannot be replaced or fixed without cutting the electrical. Also most ebike shops wont touch these bikes. The dont make puncture-less tubes....for the cost, you better spend more on a better quality bike.

Good bike and very affordable

This bike is really good for short commutes. I had to make a simple adjustment to the brakes to stop them from rubbing on the disc and everything else work fine.

Bad brakes

I got this bike 1 year ago, then I was driving broke my arm cuz the brakes where not working good. now the brakes dont work at all, so I cant ride this

8 mile range max

With peddling i only get about 8 miles of range, kind of disappointed when promised 30

Back tire blew before I've even ridden it

I finally brought the bikes with me to a resort to ride. I inflated all the tires with a hand pump (not easy to do with the awkward stems). We set them aside to ride later. One of them, while just sitting there blew! Then went flat. What was that about? This one has a straight stem on the back tire, while the other has a bent stem on the back tire. Not sure why they're different, since I bought them at the same time/place. How do I fix this?

Parts needed

I bought this for the RV. Let one of the grandkids ride it and the rear brake handle got broke. Where can I get a replacement?

A lot of technology in a simple package.

After 3 and a half years of reliable service, my JETSON Bolt Pro is being recycled and replaced by a brand new one. I look forward to another 3 plus years of fun.

I love this bike

I bought a Bolt Pro in the winter on sale and didn't use it much until summer came around. I have done pleasure trips and errand runs with it all summer and it has done just fine. I like that it is pedal assist, so I get some exercise for my bum knees but do not have to work too hard. So, now I am buying the basket, so I won't have to use a backpack for my shopping/library runs. Great little bike!

Longevity

I bought this e bike around 15 months ago and it has been great. I have rode around 2,000 miles on estimate with this bike. The bike is only means for smooth flat roads, and mostly calm rides. The bike has been becoming progressively slower after riding it for such a short amount of time. It is definitely not meant for hills, mountains, or even bumpy roads. Therefore I would not recommend buying this e bike if you live in such community as I do.

enjoyed it until it dumped me on my elbow with no notice. had to have surgery with plate and several titanium screws to reattach my elbow to my forearm bones. most painful experience of my life. if you ride this wear a helmet, ELBOW, and knee pads. I was wearing nothing and i guess i am fortunate for the elbow injury b/c if that would have happened when i was crossing a street with road traffic. absolutely terrible

Bought this bike for my daughter to ride to school 3 months ago. We threw away the box and unfortunately misplaced the receipt. Her bike does not stay charged for longer than 20 minutes. The bike is in perfect condition but was a complete waste of 500 bucks!

What a Great Value E Bike!

I have had my Bolt Pro for little over a year now. I had the ride on first, but wanted more range. And I can tell you that this little bike is not only durable on all road types( grass and sand included), and we'll made to withstand falls and every condition i have put it through. It is durable, dependable, low maintenance with exception to the rear inner tube which seems to be a factory fault by the number of people going through this same issue.theres got to be something faulty you hat causes ...

freedom again

I really love my bike, but the problem is my brakes are constantly needing to be adjusted. The front end of my bike is very wobbly. I’ve had it for about two months. Bought it from Costco gives me so much freedom but this is the only downfall that I have, please help

We bought one and sent it back because the battery wouldn’t charge. Got another one and will be sending it back because it doesn’t work either. So disappointing.
