Quality Product (but can use a few adjustments)

Comparing this to the other wheelbarrows at Lowes, this one stood out as highest quality unit to me. This unit has a sturdy wheel which stood out against the thin sheetmetal wheels on some of the other units. The steel tub is a good thickness and the rim is fully rolled into a strong tube shape. None of the steel is flimsy in this wheelbarrow. This isn't a knock against the product, but the store assembly wasn't done very well. Pay full price for a year old wheelbarrow.

The wheelbarrow that was delivered had been sitting outside for what looks like a year. I asked for a replacement and they brought me a similar wheelbarrow with the same quality issues. The bottom was starting to rust, and the handles are delaminating and look to be moldy. I had no choice but use the wheelbarrow as I had a planned project.

Check the screws!!!

It’s a great wheelbarrow. Whoever put it together at Lowes didn’t tighten the screws enough and the water poured out. We use it for work, for water to wash our tools. So we had to silicone all the screws to stop the leaks. Other than that it’s great.
