Product is good, the curbside service is lacking, took over 30 minutes to bring out and that's after I went inside after 20 minutes and complained about it.

Solar Generator

Easy setup and operations. A little long in charging using just the solar application; however, charging time not an issue for my purposes with the unit being used for power failures during night time only.

fortunately we have not had an occasion to use the generator as an emergency appliance. However the ease of set up is fine and the charge up time was less than 2 hours starting at 29% I order the add on battery to extend the time. So far we are very pleased!

As several customer reviews have mentioned , I also did not receive my purchased solar panels and transfer switch. I need information on this process and dates of arrival for all of the components I’ve purchased

Paperweight

One would assume, that solar generators could be charged using the sun, hence the name. You'd be wrong. You may charge it up before you bring it off-grid, via a plug, but you can forget using the panels. The wheels are so close to the ground, you basically drag it behind you. I truly am off-grid and doubt I'll ever buy anything from Jackery. The name says it all. It's a phone charger, that is all.
