What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this drill bit for cutting through pressure-treated lumber, railroad ties, and 6x6 posts with remarkable ease and speed. Many describe it as going through dense wood effortlessly, with reviewers noting it outperforms standard bits and maintains sharpness through multiple holes. The extra-long design is repeatedly cited as essential for reaching through thick beams and stacked timbers where shorter bits failed. A few users mention slight flex if not held perfectly straight or dulling on very hard wood, but these minor concerns are far outweighed by strong positive feedback on performance and reliability.

Very shart & Long lasting
Would RecommendI got these to drill holes through railroad ties so I could drive 1/2" rebar through them and into the ground. It's tough to drill through, but these bits work pretty well.

Missing from box. I have already reordered.
Was not Lowes fault... the shipping company damaged the box and the long thin 1/2 inch bit apparently slipped out... I ordered a new one already. Here is hoping amurikans can do their job at least once?

Adjust accordingly.
I did not use this drill bit. It is still in the original package. I want to return it, but I'm unable to locate the receipt.
