What Customers Are Saying
The tri-flute design allows these bits to cut through wood quickly and efficiently, handling both hardwoods and softer lumber. Customers report the bits perform well for a variety of applications, from electrical wiring to plumbing. However, the smaller 1/4" shanks are more prone to breaking or stripping, especially with lower-powered drills. Some users also experienced premature dulling of the bits. Overall, these are a good choice for most woodworking tasks, but users should ensure they have sufficient drill power to support the aggressive cutting action.

Would RecommendReally bit hard into the wood and made nice clean holed
Worked great for me.
Would RecommendI used my Milwaukee battery 18 volt 1/2 inch Hammer Drill used drill only in control mode 1 not high speed also used the hand hold bar installed, but it was hardly needed as little twisting occured. Irwin speedbor cut through a old hard 2x4 with no splinters on exit as seen in my pictures it cut quickly with just a firm pushing with no binding of the tool.
So far, so good π
Would RecommendI needed this for drilling through framing in wall to run low voltage wiring. My first use was with DeWalt DCD805B to drill through two stacked framing 2x4s. Like butter. I can't speak to durability, I will rarely need it, but worked great for me out of the box.
