Would RecommendThis snap ring pliers worked exactly as needed. I had tried other tools in my toolbox before breaking down and picking up this set. It has other attachments for various size snap rings. I tried for like an hour with the wrong tools, and with this it literally took 5 minutes to install 4 snap rings. So glad I bought this set.

Would RecommendOnly used once so far. They work good and change easy, just wish the spring loaded pin that you remove to change the arms was a little beefier
Terrible design
Would Not RecommendSince i only needed circlip pliers for a single job and then probably never again, i went with the cheaper ones. What a nightmare. As others have said, you can't apply any downward force whatsoever. I spent more time fighting with this tool than i would have spent driving an uber to earn enough for a better set of pliers. TL;DR; -- Terrible

Would Not RecommendYou can’t put enough tension on the jaws to get stiff snap rings off. Jaws flex and give. These went in the trash.

Would Not RecommendTerrible design. You can put no downward force on the 90* tips. These actually fit no smaller snap rings. Only from 1/2” rings up. Waste of 15.00 and i threw them in the trash. Garbage.

Don’t waste your time just get something else, the arms are just not string enough.
Very flimsy
Would Not RecommendTrying to remove a small snap ring, the plier tips would flex out of the way. I couldn't keep them lined up enough to do the job. Note that the pliers didn't break, they just weren't stiff enough.
