Would RecommendIf you plan to install a concealed cabinet hinge you are likely going to need a 35 mm Forstner bit. Good luck trying to find a metric bit. 1-3/8" equals 34.9 mm but it worked perfectly.

Would RecommendI. tried unsuccessfully to drill a hole in hardwood with my old, dull 2 inch bit . I bought this one and it worked well. All good Forstner bits are too expensive in my opinion in my opinion

Very Poor Quality
Would Not RecommendThis might work ok for rough cuts on 2 x 4's, but not at all a quality woodworking bit. It took a lot of work just to clean up the burs and rough spots in order to actually sharpen it. The design didn't allow sharpening without grinding parts out first. Definitely will never buy this brand again.

Would RecommendUsed an 1.25” with wood, nylon, PTFE, and other materials with superb results every time. So stay tuned because tomorrow (05-01-2020) Ima gonna cut 2 of 1.5” deep holes in aluminum with an 1 1/8” bit. Note: gonna use a milling machine for this, but it’s just a shiny drill press... Any ‘cheenists out there who can suggest an RPM and feed rate, lemme know.
Sharp, reasonably priced bit
Would RecommendCuts a very clean, accurate hole. When hole depth got beyond 1.5" or so it required slower progress and clearing the chips out of the hole often. Bit can get very hot so watch your speed and don't let it get hot enough to draw the temper of the steel. This is a problem with all bits of this style however. I had to drill several holes through a mix of mahogany, sycamore, and cypress. Holes were from 1-3/4" to 2-3/4" deep, I took my time and gave the bit a break in between holes. I would not ...
