What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these bits for producing clean, flat-bottomed holes with perfect centering and minimal tearout. Reviewers consistently note they cut smoothly through hardwood, stay razor sharp out of the box, and deliver exceptional precision for furniture and cabinetry work. Many commend the durable, well-made construction that retains sharpness over extended use. The price-to-performance ratio stands out as exceptional, with customers calling it a great deal and noting the entire set costs less than competing individual bits. The included storage case adds practical value. A few mention wishing for additional sizes or experiencing minor issues, but these concerns are rare and don't diminish overall satisfaction.

Would RecommendI've only used the 1 inch bit, but that thing bores like a champion! It's definitely worth the price!
Sharp bits, smooth cut, near effortless operation
Would RecommendI needed to repair a cabinet door and wondered how they made those wide depressions where the hinges go. After discovering the answer online, I bought this set. The bits are sharp and durable. They cut quickly and easily. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly I could bore halfway through the cabinet door. The hinge fit perfectly, and my repair job looks great.

Worked as needed
Would RecommendI picked up this set since I needed the largest size to clamp two butcher block countertops together. I always feel it is better to grab a set instead of just the size you need, since, you never know what might pop up. This set did exactly what I needed and was not too expensive.
Employees already had item ready when I arrived :)

Great products and it's always a pleasure going to Lowe's. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Occasional use bits. Not for the professional.
The bits are a three or four use, essentially disposable set of bits. The case is a bonus. I don’t like the fact that these and most other drill bits sold currently are impractical or impossible to sharpen. Not surprising. Our society has become addicted to disposable, cheap everything. These bits are no exception. I have (English) Stanley bits from the 1960’s used for stair work that I have been sharpening for decades. We used to do it, we could still do it. But why sell a product on...
