Where is support hiding

Work great for six months then died. Online with product support for two months to no avail. Have done everything that they've asked have done everything they've wanted yet I have a nonworking six month old brava jet.

Was good when it worked!

It was great when it worked! Had it about a year and it now goes about a few inches and stops.

Cute iRobot, bad performance, and worst customer service

The great thing about Braava is that it is superb cute. BUT It stopped functioning after a week. The rubber on the wheel dropped off. And then the entire cycle was out of order. It is true Braava is too small for large space like any living room. It worked only 1,5 hour max for the first time. The second time it worked only few minutes and it turned off. Didn't figure why. I LOVE THIS LITTLE GUY!

I received this as a Christmas gift from my kids last year and was skeptical. I am someone who scrubbed my kitchen floor on my hands and knees because I thought mops just pushed around the dirt and didn't get the floors really clean. Since setting this little robot loose, I've only scrubbed my floors the old way twice within the past year. This little mop is amazing in the quality of mopping it does. Misleading descriptors

Looks like it cleans fine; but, before i bought this, i looked all over their site and they specifically said ALL roombas and braavas we're compatible with alexa. Get this home to find out if it's not even wifi. It is nluetooth only and will not work with alexa. They need to fix their propaganda

I do not recommend this product.

I got this for my parents who for tiled house, First few days we were in love with the product.. taking videos of how it works without making any noise...It used to take hrs cleaning one room, but we were still happy to own a robo. However the happiness did not last long, the braava does not seem to move at all now, it keeps cleaning just 1 tile. The battery seems to be ok. As recommended by many videos, removed the hair/clogs by tapping etc, however this robo doesnt want to move or clean. I tho...

Works fairly well. Lasts only a few months.

Works well for pet hair and dust. The mopping pads don't work well and just smear whatever was on the ground. The dry mop helps get things that a Roomba cannot and runs quietly in the background. It is very easy to use, HOWEVER, these things do not last and cannot be easily repaired like a Roomba. I've had 2 different issues with the wheels and have been sent replacement machines because I am within warranty. But once out of warranty if and when this happens I'll be left with a useless paperweig...

Works well

It does a great job. A bit slow because of its size, but no reason to care because it needs no help. It maneuvers around obstacles very well. We have laminate and vinyl and it works fine on both. So far I have only used plain water, but have some solution ordered.

Great for my apartment

Use this to clean with my one bedroom apartment after it's vacuumed. Would recommend upgrading to the higher model if you mop often or with bigger areas, but works great for my lifestyle for the price.

Two dead in less than two years

My replacement mopper robot has died. I originally ordered the first around June 2019. It stopped working and was doing this odd backward spinning action, etc. in October 2019. I had figured out it’s quirks and appreciated it’s small size and ability to get into tight spaces by this time. I contacted iRobot and after a process, received a new replacement for my four month old mopper. Fast forward to December 2020. It starts doing odd things again. I have two now

After my room a picks up cat have, etc, Riger washes the floors. They are clean all of the time. I have two Roombas and three washers. Rosie, Roxie, Rita, Ruby and Robbie. We are retired and in our 70's. I'm never cleaning a floor again. Love them all.

I would recommend this product

We use the Braava Jet to clean our hard surface floors, works well, happy with the unit
