Lid will not stay open to fill

Would RecommendSuper simple to "assemble", basically just have to push the wheels into the holes on the bottom and align the tabs on the lid with the tabs on the top of the bin and close it. Fits a 30# bag of dog food perfectly without having to dump the bag into the bin. I was able to just slide the bag right into the bin and set the scoop on top of the bag and close the lid.
