What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the pool's spacious design, sturdy construction with 3-ply PVC liner and galvanized steel frame, and comprehensive included accessories like ladder, pump, cover, and cleaning kit. Many highlight easy assembly and excellent value for families and gatherings. However, a notable group reports serious frustrations with broken or missing plastic parts upon arrival and poor replacement service with long wait times. Despite these service issues, most customers consider the core product a worthwhile investment for its durability and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Intex Ultra is an excellent pool. This is what you really need to know!!! What you pay for this pool will not be the price in the end meaning that there will be costs associated etc….. you need to know that when setting up a pool this size that a level surface is key! It is an absolute! DO NOT set these pools up with one side higher than the other and Be sure where the tarp is laid is where you want the pool, there is no going back to move...

The size is AWESOME !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when this pool arrived in a semi truck! Two huge boxes on a pallet! It’s too cold at this time of year to swim in it where I live, but there’s no doubt that in a few months when the warm weather returns, I’m throwing a pool party! The accessories included will make the pool easy to maintain and long lasting! I will definitely update as soon as I’m able to try it! I have no doubt that it will be a fantastic review! Can’t wait!!!...

Extreme fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to set this pool up! Even though I will have to wait until summer (will give an update then) my grandparents had a similar pool and absolutely loved it. I love that it comes with everything you need (minus the chemicals you need) to get all set up and ready for use.

Perfect size if you love hosting or for families!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size if you love hosting. Gives you lots of room to sit without being on top of each other. The quality is exceeded my expectations honestly. Not cheaply made and it’s sturdy. We installed it fairly easily without professional help so that was a plus!

Sturdy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in shock when this pool showed up in a semi-truck and in to big boxes. At first glace it seems like too much work but as long as you have multiple people and do not try to rush it really isn't bad. We got the pool up and partially filled one day and finished filling the next. Seems to be sturdy which is great with four children in the house. With us living in the south and still decently warm days I am hoping we get maybe a month of usag...

Pool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received from influenster. This pool is huge! Because of the size. I needed 3 people to help and put together. It was super heavy. The box was damaged so inside was a bit damaged. Not sure if this will cause leaking in the future. Came with ladder and pump. Material is very sturdy. Very deep and high. Need to put on flat surface. Great alternative to an in ground pool. Worth the price.

Great pool at a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pool was pretty easy to setup. The hardest part was getting the liner into place since it was big a bulky. After getting the pool filled up and all the chemicals balanced the kids loved the pool. It is easy to clean and the debris cover helps keep leaves out.

It’s huge
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pool is very big and heavy. Definitely a two person job, or I guess if you can handle wrangling it by yourself. Sturdy enough to withstand the pressure and heat. I don’t think I’ll need it last year, the commitment to clean it etc , is something that I am not with. Other than that, it’s great .

Love my new pool
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool is sturdy and great quality. It is easy to assemble I was able to put it up by myself. You do have to purchase the sand for the filter. The pump is strong and does an excellent job at keeping the pool clean. The pool is made of top quality material to last for years and years to come. The top rails and the legs are very very strong. There is nothing like coming home and relaxing in a nice pool after a hot day's work.

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool is sturdy and well made. It was anlso easy to assemble with little help. Took about 3 hours to assemble after grading the floor and ensuring there was a soft flag surface. It came wirh everything needed. The pump seems like it’s an upgraded good one, but time will tell if we need to upgrade it or not. As of now it works well. It is a large enough pool for our family of 6. We also have had some neighbors come out and spend time with t...
