Ratings & Reviews for Intex 18ft x 9ft x 52in Ultra XTR Rectangular Frame Swimming Pool Set with Pump

Nice pool. Shipping was misleading.

The pool is great. Easy to assemble and install. Very happy with the quality of the pool. The shipping information on Lowe’s website is misleading. This is a freight item, so actual delivery to your home is not the date that is stated on the website, and is not predictable. Expect 2-3 weeks or more before it actually arrives. My outer box was pretty beat up, but the pool itself was not damaged. Other than the shipping info (one star deducted for that) I am happy with this pool.

Order cancelled, no refund after 7 weeks

Be aware when purchasing one of these pools you are not buying from Lowes but a third party retailer. Lowes will not offer any type of assistance with your order once placed. The seller marks the item as shipped almost immediately after you order. Making it very difficult to change or cancel the order. It took hours of phone calls to Lowes and Spreetail to get my order cancelled with no success. I finally got through to Spreetail via email and got them to cancel. It has now been 7 weeks and...

Pool

Very disappointed with this company. They did not deliver the pool on time as promised, and the entire experience was frustrating. Communication was poor, and they failed to meet the agreed delivery date without providing a proper explanation. The delayed delivery caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the service was unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this company if you expect reliable service and timely delivery. And when my package finally delivered they just dropped ...

Lowes failed Not Intex

Never received my pool. Was supposed to be here on July 13th 2026, then 17th, then 21st. Now today is July 23 2026. Still not HERE. Spent a ton of money preparing the ground. Almost as much as the pool cost. Built a deck for THIS pool(All from Lowe’s material. Had hard plumbing done(All Lowe’s material). Customer service gave us run around from the beginning.

Damaged

My product was damaged upon opening it. Would like a replacement, but cannot fit in my car to return it.

Product not received, no tracking.

I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago and it has not been received. Tracking won’t work. Customer service is horrible and now going through my bank. Beware of this before buying.

Ripped Off

I ordered this pool om May 21, 2026 and it is now July 3, 2026 and still have not received pool. I have contacted Lowes, the company that is shipping the pool and the shipping company and all I get is a run around. This pool cost over$1,100.00 that they have now stolen from me. I thought I could trust Lowes but I guess I was wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS POOL!!!!

Great pool perfect size for small family!

This was my first pool and this is my 3rd Summer to enjoy it. We made a pad with white rock then 6 in of limestone sand we got from the rock quarry, tampered, and it’s good! Easy set up, the pump works great. Perfect for 2-4 people! Very durable we take it down every fall and roll it up throw it in garage in large Christmas tree bag

DONT BUY FROM THEM

It has been a nightmare trying to get this pool. The third party seller uses a third party shipping company and when I finally did get my pool nearly all of the parts to connect the pump to the pool were missing and the ground cover was missing as well. Intex wouldn't send us the missing parts and wanted is to send a fax copy of the receipt. Will never buy from this company again.

Missing Parts

Purchasing from spreetail was a nightmare. They use a different courier and couldn't update me on the statuses of the package days and days after my delivery date passed. I was not provided a tracking number for the company the use and they also didn't provide my contact information to them. My package was sent back and forth to the warehouse where it took damage to the packaging and parts and boxes inside were missing. It was taped together with saran wrap to fix the torn packaging. When I aske...

Not worth the money or the wait

What they don't make clear is that this is a marketplace item, which means it WILL NOT arrive when Lowes says it will. Mine was stated to arrive March 23rd and never arrived. I called and they told me it was actually being shipped third party and that it would be arriving April 3-6th and they would call when they were 30 min away. I need to arrange to be home for this item which required taking time off from work. It showed up March 31st, unexpectedly. Luckily I was home. We got it set up and f...

Intex at Lowe’s is the way to go

Great pool perfect size for the whole family and more

Shipping lies!

The shipping time is a lie! I took whole day off to recieved the delivery. I couldn't track the delivery because a fake tracking number was attached to my order showing it has shipped. Come to find out it hasn't and to wait 7 to 10 business days for the order. Also can't cancel the order because it shows shipped and delivering today.

Best investment I ever made

This pool is the best! Took almost no time to put together and we are having so much fun with it. We live about 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean and since we put the pool in we haven’t been to the beach yet. No need have all the fun and water right 8n our own backyard. Our whole family would highly recommend this pool.

Happy with product

The pool is as described and was easy to set up. We are really enjoying it! We wish it had a skimmer though.
