Ratings & Reviews for InSinkErator Badger 15ss Continuous feed 3/4-HP Septic Safe Non-corded Garbage Disposal

Quiet & Strong

I am very happy with this product. It is so much quieter than my previous one. I chose a stronger model and it works great, with very little vibration. My neighbor had no problem installing it. He has the same model!

Excellent

Great features for the price! Runs much quieter than previous models!

Great product

Great power and still quiet. The removable rubber makes it easier to clean out if needed.

Easy to install

Love the twist on. Really easy to install and works great

Replaced older GE

Removal of old disposal and cleanup of sink basin took longer than the install.

Installation instructions are incomplete

Installation instructions fail to mention the required clockwise movement, prior to the counter clockwise turn, when making the final attachment of the unit.

Old reliable

Replaced my old unit with new one and was easily able to do job myself.

This product works great

We have had this product for about a month now and so far I love it!! It does everything I needed it to do!! So far so good!!

So far so good

This unit replaced a builder grade, 9 year old unit of the same brand with a little less horse power. Had a certified plumber install the unit. So far so good. Have had no issues with any insinkerator that I have had over the years and thus decided to stay with the same brand.

Old one finally died after 30 years

We had a 1/2 HP all stainless model for thirty years. It finally just quit, I think the seal gave out. So I just bought another one but it's 3/4 HP instead. Still has stainless grinding components but a composite chamber but that's ok, we rarely grind bones or really hard items. I had the old one out and new one in place in just a few seconds. If this one lasts another thirty years we will be in good shape.

Great unit

Have always used Badger last unit lasted over 15years

Quiet and Strong

We are so pleased with the low volume from this disposer. Old disposer could interrupt conversations even in the bedrooms. This disposer has easily handled chicken bones and nectarine seeds

Fair product.

Louder than expected Works well Good value for the money Easy to install

works great

We bought the Insinkerator ourselves and the plumber who installed it had no problems at all. It has been working great ever since.

Great Product

Replaced my 22 year old insinkerator with a new insinuates that looked the same size. Installation went great except unit did not come torn sink gasket, but I used putty

Quit after 9 months

I.thought I was buying an above average disposal. But the motor quit after 9 months of light residential kitchen use.

Great product.

Works great and extremely quiet. Very pleased with this product.

Doesn't seem to be as good quality as replaced Evolution Premier unit

First, no reset button? Second, easy connect cable was just that. Third, makes noise like broken glass under blades. Thought this might be due to being new, but still have the same noise most of the time it is turned on. Is this normal or defective? This was not an issue with my replaced ISE unit.

Quiet and powerful!

We replaced an old insinkerator (over 20 years old) with this new one. It is quiet, chops food well and quickly. What a great product!

Powerful but a awkward to install.

The garbage disposal work well. However it was difficult to install for a 73 year old. I actually used a car Jack to lift the unit into place to install it.
