Would Not RecommendThe online description states that a cord is included with the disposal. This is incorrect. The description on the box and in the installation instructions clearly does not show the cord included. Luckily, my installer was able to remove the cord from the old disposal and attach it to the new disposal. This lengthened the installation time and caused a great deal of frustration for all parties. Very disappointing all around. Please have online description corrected
Quiet
Would RecommendThis replaced a new disposal that was VERY noisy and vibrated so badly that items in the sink would move. Very quiet and seems to be powerful.
Great appliance, apathetic service.
Would have been a 5 because the appliance is awesome. Had trouble getting anyone to help us even though the store was basically empty and saw many employees in vests just hanging out chatting. A 5 min pickup turned into over 45 min for no apparent reason. Finally a nice lady helped us confirm we had a suitable compatible replacement. Thank you lady!

Totally unprofessional and shoddy performance.
Would Not RecommendFrom the start, nobody at Lowes had any idea of what they were doing. Badly submitted invoices, inter-department disconnects and billing errors a third grader could spot. I'm through with you!
