What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this garbage disposal for its exceptional quietness and powerful grinding performance. Most highlight the remarkable silence compared to older models, with many describing it as transformative for daily use. Reviewers commend the durable stainless steel construction, robust motor, and reliable performance handling tough food waste effortlessly. Installation is generally straightforward with clear instructions and rubber grips, though some note frustration that the power cord is sold separately. A few report minor electrical issues or service concerns, but these are vastly outweighed by strong satisfaction with the product itself.

Would RecommendExcellent power and very quiet. Installation was straightforward. Previously had a Badger 500 and the 3/4 HP motor on this model is worth the upgrade.

Great Disposal But Separate Cord Needed
Would RecommendExcellent garbage disposal…however, it wasn’t apparent until we got it out of the box and got it ready to install that it didn’t come with an electrical cord. It’s in small print on the box that an easy connect cord is sold separately. Frustrating since it’s a bit of a drive to get back to Lowe’s, so my plumber took the cord off the old disposal and rigged it up with some wire and wire nuts. Not pretty but works.

I purchased and was going to install myself. Was having some problems with install and went back to store to buy installation. Was told I had to return disposal and get a refund. Then purchase another and then buy the install. Decided to suffer through finishing the install myself.

Didn't even last 2 years
Would Not RecommendBought this almost 2 years ago to the date but it has failed to work before its two year mark. Disappointed with the product. Last garbage disposal we had lasted nearly 8 years. This one is garbage literally.

quality change
Would Not RecommendWe bought this unit a couple of months ago to replace the previous model that we had purchased approximately 10 years ago. My rating for the previous one would be all 5 stars especially for how quiet it was. You could hardly hear it run for years. This new one is hardly quieter than a $75.00 badger unit. It is not nearly as big around, so probably a reason the sound quality is poorer. People used to be surprised how quiet the previous on was. No longer Deeply disappointed that the quality...
Powerful
