What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this ducting for its sturdy galvanized metal construction and simple snap-together design. Most report it works reliably for dryer vents, range hoods, and heater replacements without leaks or failures. Many appreciate the rigid metal over flexible alternatives for better airflow and durability. Several customers creatively repurposed it as squirrel barriers for bird feeders with great success. A few noted minor issues with joint alignment or gauge thickness, but these concerns are isolated. Overall, reviewers consistently recommend it for both traditional HVAC and innovative DIY applications.

Seems a "lite" 30 gauge
Would Not RecommendAdvertised as 30 ga (guage) By appearance I thinking closer to 34 or 36. So It appears somewhat thinner than 30 gauge I replaced. I don't normally purchase from Lowes, since only search at Lowes.com is USELESS. But I was in a "bind".
item very good, but only one was on shelf.

Worked as expected
Nice pipe
Would RecommendSturdy, easy-to-use, easy to cut
As described
Would RecommendDidn't use in usual way. Some insulation on beams of cellar were falling a little between the beams. Used 2 rolls to help hold them up and maybe add a little more insulation to area.

this item has become too thin
Would Not Recommendit seems the pipe that is carried gets thinner every year as it is now 30 gauge and I believe the last time I bought it it was 28 gauge. Might as well use soda cans if this continues.
Perfect
Would RecommendJust what I needed for my Franklin stove.
