Tested it at the beach, amazing! Wheels made it extremely convenient to move. Not to mention only used a small bag of ice and it retained extremely well the cold

Cooler return

I ordered this cooler, but when I opened the box, I found that it was defective. The telescopic handle did not function properly because of how it had been installed, and the lid did not fit correctly. The return process was fast and simple, but the situation was still frustrating because I had planned to use the cooler for a July 4th party. After waiting another two weeks, I received a replacement. So far, everything seems to be working properly. However, the experience is a little like notic...

Not happy with cooler!

Does not hold ice as long as it says, only lasted a day and a half without having an add ice and 80° weather.

Lid broke and no replacement available

The lid broke after very light use — one of the two hinge tabs snapped, and Igloo does not sell replacement lids. That means the entire cooler becomes useless even though everything else is in perfect condition. Very disappointing quality and zero support for replacement parts.

Do not buy, terrible parts availability

I've actually really enjoyed this cooler for the last 5 years, however this year the plastic part that holds the axle on broke. It has a few screws holding it down, easy enough to get to, so I figured I'll just order a replacement. Nope. They don't offer these parts. The cooler otherwise works great but the portability is gone. For the cost, I would recommend going with another brand that offers better repairability

Definitely glad I purchased

Great purchase. Very stout and rugged. Not quite the ice life of other brands but value exceeds the performance difference.

It's a nice looking cooler. Has some design issues. Not worth the money if you ask me. Sending it back because they didn't send the free bag that was a selling point for me.

Handle was incorrectly assembled

The release lever for the handle was put on backwards, it felt like something so basic should have been caught during a QC, if such a process was ever even done.

Very impressed with the build, sturdyness, look and color. Great size and wheels for travel and easy to carry. Not heavy.

Cool...er

Been looking at these for quite a while, at least a year and a half actually because I like the different features built in to the design. Finally pulled the trigger, and now that I have I'm eternally grateful for not spending additional money on rotomolded coolers from different brands. I live on the lake and do everything lake/beach/boat life...and this cooler checks every single box for anything from a day on the water to the extended weekend of outdoor fun with friends and family.

GREAT COOLER

LOVE IT - it done perfect on vacation last week in FL hot hot weather at the beach! + our 14hour drive!

Its okay.

The weather stripping on the dry box started coming off on day 2 of using it. It did ok at keeping items cold. I had to buy another bag of ice on day 3, but it was very hot and the cooler was sitting in direct sunlight.
