The lid broke after very light use — one of the two hinge tabs snapped, and Igloo does not sell replacement lids. That means the entire cooler becomes useless even though everything else is in perfect condition. Very disappointing quality and zero support for replacement parts.

It's a nice looking cooler. Has some design issues. Not worth the money if you ask me. Sending it back because they didn't send the free bag that was a selling point for me.

Handle was incorrectly assembled
The release lever for the handle was put on backwards, it felt like something so basic should have been caught during a QC, if such a process was ever even done.

Would RecommendBeen looking at these for quite a while, at least a year and a half actually because I like the different features built in to the design. Finally pulled the trigger, and now that I have I'm eternally grateful for not spending additional money on rotomolded coolers from different brands. I live on the lake and do everything lake/beach/boat life...and this cooler checks every single box for anything from a day on the water to the extended weekend of outdoor fun with friends and family.

Its okay.
The weather stripping on the dry box started coming off on day 2 of using it. It did ok at keeping items cold. I had to buy another bag of ice on day 3, but it was very hot and the cooler was sitting in direct sunlight.
