it's has been a hassle and a pain

I love absolutely love iRobot I got this for my Christmas present and I was like this is so amazing it worked for 5-8 weeks and then it didn't hold a charge I have 5 robots from you all good except this one it's been mopping for like 2-4 minutes and then it stops and spins in circles for 10 minutes and then starts mops 1 inch and spins and says battery low battery low but it's been on the charger for 3 days I'm really disappointed i go to school five days a week and it would be a game changer bu...

about 3 months used and doesn't work at all

I got this Braava 380 as a housewarming gift from my friend in June 2022. I have been enjoying this a lot until this device stopped working. I can't even use this device at all. When I put the mop on(of course it is fully charged), the blue light turns to red. I emailed to the customer service with this issue, but they never come back to me.

Great when it works. But it rarely does.

Bought my first iRobot Braava in 2016 and initially was extremely happy with it. The unfortunate thing was that it didn't last over two years. Thinking I just had bad luck with my device, I decided to give it another try so I bought the 380t on the very last day of 2022. We're only a little over 9 months later and I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the wheels and the battery and now, it cleans for 1 minute and then goes backwards and goes in a circle.

Used 2 months now battery only works 2 mins

Worked good first few times but now it dies right after starting. Will not hold a charge king enough to clean 10 feet. Got this as a bundle with a roomba. Roomba works great this not so much.

Won't last long

As others have said, will not hold a charge with minimal usage. Paid good money for something that should last at least a year. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this model. Hopefully, iRobot will solve this problem with newer models but I'm done spending my hard earned money for defective merchandise.

Works as you would expect

Use it as a robotic swiffer. Does exactly what it says.

Not a good product

Like many people have mentioned ithe 380t iRobot Braava floor mopping robot does not hold the charge. In New Zealand I paid $649.00 NZ$ so I am very disappointed with this product.

Battery will not hold charge. Not a good product

This worked fine for about a year maybe. Then stopped charging. Been sitting on the shelf for awhile waiting to throw it out!

I would give this zero Stars if I could. It doesn't work out of the box. It doesn't connect to the irobot app. It requires a battery operated navigation system that doesn't connect to the mop. When I finally got everything set up it only would move backwards. And it doesn't charge itself. I bought this to work alongside my Roomba to mop my hardwood floors while I'm asleep, but it's more work to set this up and make it run then it would be to actually just mop my floor by hand. Hesitating Purchasing This

I own an iRoomba vacuum and like it so much, that I am ready for the mop. However, after reading all the reviews, I'm not sure if I want to spend my savings on it. Has anyone owned this one and also tried the Shark?

Battery doesn't last

Ive used my braava less than 30 times and the battery will no longer hold a charge. Company will not help me replace the battery either. I would definitely not buy again.

no the Akku is after 14 month dead..

This is not Ok when the Akku lasts only for 14 month and the warranty is only for 12 month. this is a blame for all irobot customers...

Love my Braava!

We use the Braava 300 in our master bedroom and bath. It's so easy to use and works great. We use the iRobot Roomba and Braava spray programmable bots in the rest of the house.

model 380 not very good

Our 380 cleans our large tile kitchen floor and at 2 years, two battary replacements and 2 wheel replacements latter. it has failed again. I notice the model selling now is 380T. is it any different than the 380 we have? we need a new one, but don't want to have the same problems we've experienced with our old unit. Even at $200.00, with a two year life, that isn't very cost effective.

Used less than 50 times and the battery is dead

I came to the site to purchase another vacuum mop combo since mine are no longer operating correctly. I thought the mop was due to one of the gps boxes breaking but after reading all the reviews, I realize now I am experiencing a dead battery. I'm shocked because I always kept it in a room temp environment and used it less than 50 times, maybe even 25. Also I have used a 980 for years and love it, when I upgraded to the i7 with the base, it is not nearly as good and ended up giving it to a famil...

Stopped working after two months.

Worthless piece of junk. Red lights comes on. Batterly low, even the battery is fully charged. Battery replaced, same problem. Lasted a month or so.

Don't buy

This is a joke! I had the brava jet 240 and loved it for years. Wanted a larger model to clean larger areas so bought this dud. It doesn't spray the floor. I filled the resivoir but the cloth never got wet enough to actually mop the floor. Then the battery died. It is just awful. I purchased today and returning it tomorrow..

I wish it would clean better

I wish it would clean better the floors. I have tile flooring and this robot is good for keeping it clean after I truly clean it. It barely dusts the floor by itself, and that is it. My 7yo with a swiffer does a better job. It is very silent, but way too gentle to actually clean anything. Please bring SCOOBA back! With 2 kids and a dog, I could really use help with a robot that ACTUALLY cleans the floors! Please consider all the reviewers asking for it, either bring SCOOBA back or give us a new ...
