Doesnt work at all

will not connect to wifi - will not complete required firware install- will not complete off line install can not get ahold of iflow support. waste of cash total scam for non functioning device. threw out box so lows wont take it back and iflow is unreachable.

Unit has only functioned manually.

I'll give you a five-star review once unit dispenses on its own. Scheduled for February 2. Does my phone's VPN have to off for unit to dispense as scheduled?

Epic failure.

I purchased this product and for me in Tampa Florida I have had to clean my drain line 4 times this summer. I won't be buying anymore refills.

Be prepared to drill a hole if needed!

Installs fairly easily (<1 hr), comes w/3-months product but 6-month product is available ($50). In 3 months we'll know if it works as advertised and the zooglea will be gone!

Good idea but verified it doesn't work

I had several instances about the drain line clogged up once a while. I normally unclogged it the old fashion way - with air compressor. I thought this system would save me the headache. I tried it last year till this past summer. I found that the line still clogged. It's useless.

The directions are terrible and inadequate

The installation directions are substandard. You MUST install the app on a phone and sync with the unit to get it start releasing fluid. Do not rely on the adhesive strip that holds the bottle. Use a screw to attach the mounting plate to the exchange. Otherwise, it will eventually detach due to the weight of the bottle. The directions need to be re-written. Also, a bottle of fluid is VERY expensive.

No more pills needed

I bought this product so I didn't need to do the vinegar cleaning of the drain line. Turns out that iFLO fixed a lot more than drain line. My wife has been suffering with sinus problems for quite a long time,, going to the doctors and getting sprays and pills to stop nightly coughing starting around 2am and losing sleep for both her and me. By the second night I installed iFLO all that nightly coughing has stopped. She's alletgic to mold and that must've been in the drain pan.

Failed System = Expensive Repairs

I deeply regret purchasing the iFlo Smart Automated AC Drain Line Cleaning System. Instead of preventing problems, it caused one of the worst issues we’ve ever had with our HVAC. The system failed and allowed a backup in the drain line, which ended up flooding our AC vents. I have had this system 2 months and my drain line has clogged twice after a drain line cleaning.

I have a rebate coupon to get a free 6 month bottle due to your faulty update in July emptying my current bottle but now they arent in stock?

Worst clog yet.

I've had the Iflo installed for a year. Most of the time, I've been home and would clean out the drain antway. I was away for a month (July) and the the drain backed up to the air handler tray. Fortunately, the WiFi thermostat alerted me that the system was off. and I had to get an A/C service out in my absence. So.... I had a recent fresh 6-month refill with only 2 dispenses used. The installation was very simple.Directions were clear and it was easy to set up and register. And log into the app. However. It is nearly impossible to redeem the free cartridge that is advertised. That part is disappointing.
