Would Not RecommendJust purchased this $400 trimmer and the head will not spin. The head does not spin freely and is obviously defective. I needed to complete lots of yard work today but looks like I’ll headed back to Lowe’s to return this piece of junk. It appears this is a common problem for this product. Very disappointed!
Horrible design
Would Not RecommendThey put a shield on this model which is a waste of money because it literally doesn't block anything. I used it for a minute and I'm covered head to toe in dirt. I'll will not buy any more Husqvarna products anymore. I do have a Husqvarna mower which has been a pretty good product but even with that two little plastic pieces broke on the wheels and it hasn't worked right ever since.

Would RecommendHad good luck and longevity out of a previous Husqvarna trimmer, so I researched the newer units like this 525LST. What an absolute brute this trimmer is! Lightweight and extremely powerful. Impressive unit to say the least.

Would RecommendI got this to replace my 19 year old 4 stroke trimmer. I use my trimmer 3/4 of the year, which equates to around 50-60 hours of use per year, because I have a large amount of acreage. I already put over an hour on this trimmer and it is night and day difference comparing to the old trimmer. The line speed on a 2 stroke is much better than on a 4 stroke. The trimmer also weighs half as much. The head is easy to refill with 0.95 bulk line, and it is well guarded from tall grasses to wrap around th...
