Although the app allows the customer to initiate a return, the customer isn't prepared to be asked at the return desk for the item number. Would Not RecommendRemote was a real pain to get it to go into pairing mode. Ended up having to disconnect the power wire from wall mounted fan controller, it has worked fine since.

Perfect solution for my missing fan remote control
