Great low-profile fan!
Would RecommendThis fan is perfect for our needs. Our ceilings are pretty low and my spouse is over 6-feet tall, so it's nice to have a low-profile fan without dangling chains.

No reverse using remote
Would RecommendBeautiful fan, extremely quiet and perfectly balanced. I was very disappointed however when I found out that you cannot reverse direction of the fan using the remote - you have to remove the bottom of the fan to manually move a switch to reverse the direction - which required a ladder since the fan is ON THE CEILING! My bad for not noticing that until I put the fan together and mounted it on the ceiling :( I assumed remote control meant control of ALL functions.

Fan fails over and over
Would Not RecommendI bought this fan in May 2021. We have replaced the transmitter in the fan THREE times in 3.5 years! We're about to do it for a fourth time! I have never had this happen with any fan. I do not recommend this fan.

Very difficult to install
Would Not RecommendI'm an experienced handyman and I've installed a few ceiling fans before. This was by far the hardest to install. Directions were vague or wrong, parts didn't line up (or at least didn't line up easily). Some better design work would make it easier to assemble and install. One example of how bad the directions are: they say you can cut the wires but should be sure to leave 8" exposed for connection. But as it comes out of the box, there are only 2-3" of wire where they want at least 8! The...
