I bought 2 of these fans for my deck. In less than 3 months, they both stopped working. After multiple attempts of trying to reaching Hunter, they sent me 2 replacement fans. Within a week, they both stopped working (1 the same day I installed). Hunter is now radio silent and won't respond. BEWARE!

Great airflow

I’ve had this patio fan for about two weeks and I’m very impressed so far. It looks great, runs quietly, and moves plenty of air to keep the patio comfortable. It was easy to install and feels like a great quality fan for the price. Very happy with the purchase!

Stopped Working

I bought two of these fans. One stopped working completely after a few months use. Called to do warranty claim and they said they don’t have fan in stock and could only replace it with another fan. The two fans are side by side and if I replace one the other will not match. They have them in stock at Lowe’s but they will not replace it. Just bad service all the way around. Do not buy.

We had a professional install TWICE! There is something defective about this fan. We returned the first one because it would start spinning and then just randomly stop and then start and then stop. Second fan did the SAME THING! We won’t buy this again. Returning the second fan and will do a different brand!

Sleek Fan

I bought this to replace 2 older fans and happy I chose this one. It’s sleek and modern looking, and we are enjoying our patio room with the cool breeze from our new fan.

Fan stopped working

I purchased this fan in July and stopped working last week. We have tried pairing the remote to the fan to see if that was the problem and no, it’s still not working. I’ve contacted hunter fan and they asked me to send in photos of the wiring. I did and I still haven’t received any response. I am disappointed that they have not reached out, seeing that this isn’t a cheap fan and I’ve always thought highly of their fans.

Livingroom ceiling fan

Installed in livingroom. This is the first time to use this style of ceiling fan. Was easy to instal, instructions were easy to follow and this fan is quiet with no wobble which is why we replaced the fan we had. It is quite stylish and efficient.

FedEx tracking sucks

Item was supposed to be delivered yesterday, then today before 3:30. It’s after 8pm and still not here and no updates. This is ripe for porch pirates!

At High Speed it Drop Off the Ceiling

I paid a professional electrician to install the ceiling fan. He has installed thousands over the years since I own various properties. This is the first time this has happened. I should have known better.

After reading some negative reviews I decided to go for it anyway because it was 200 dollars cheaper than my next option. Worked for two weeks then just quit. When I would try to power it on it would go forwards a little, then backwards a little, about 4 times before eventually stopping. This is what I had read in the negative reviews. At High Speed It Jump Out of Ceiling Mount

When I run this at the fastest speed, the ball mounts pops out and rotates in the ceiling bracket. I thought when I installed that I didn't place it in the mount inside the bracket correctly. In past Hunter fans that I installed there was a slot on the mount that lines up with a slot on the ball. It looks like that no longer exists. So I am unable to run the fans at their top speed. I am disappointed.

Perfect for Porch

We recently expanded our porch. We chose these Hunter fans because of their 72” blades. This allows us to effectively move air on a larger scale. They were easy to install snd they operate as advertised. The color is ideal for our decor and the are very quiet throughout the speed ranges. They did include a weight but no wobble required no weight.

Broke Immediately

I have installed more fans in the past year than I can count. I installed this one and it worked for about 3 days. It is now broken and no longer working- after I tossed out the box. I went back into the housing unit to ensure all of the wires were tightly connected - just to make sure nothing came loose. Everything was tightened and all good. It still does not work. doesn't work, bad transmitter! Been in touch with Hunter to troubleshoot and they to replace fan but haven't heard anything yet. No fan and we are hot! not happy
