No remote, real light bulb holders.

 Would Recommend

Nice looking fan.I did not want a remote, wanted one that I could change the bulbs. Those disc light fans look nice but the bulbs do not last as advertised and it's expensive to replace them. It's wired to two switches, one for light and one for fan. Best part is I scored it on clearance. Took a little effort to get it not to hum and straiten the bulb holders, but it works great now.
