Love the fan its beautiful and close to the ceiling which is what i needed. Only issue was when u had to put the rubber gasket in the fsn blade not the easiest but it worke great!

Would RecommendInstalled the Hunter Builder 52” ceiling fan in a bedroom. Directions are easy to follow for a quick and easy installation. All materials are clearly marked. Installation took about a half hour. The fan is very quiet when running on any of the 3 speeds and moves the air around the bedroom quite well. Very good fan for the price, happy with the purchase.

Would RecommendThis is a great fan. I've almost always bought Hunter fans and have never regretted it. This one is great looking, move air like I expected, and is absolutely silent when on los speed. At higher speeds, all you hear is the wind. The only thing I would possibly change is to have a blade set with a bit more brown/red in them, but the white wash shade of these blades goes well with the color of the fan.

Not so easy to install
Would RecommendImpressive amount of air movement. I did have some difficulty installing the blades, but you only do that once. It’s a great fan for my bedroom and moves a lot of air. It’s balanced and quite. The LED lights are bright. I would purchase again.

One-person easy install
Right size for a primary bedroom. The install of it was smartly thought out and I didn’t have to try and awkwardly hold stuff up while screwing things into place. Can be installed by one person if needed. I can’t say the same for other brands of ceiling fans I have installed or replaced over the years.
