We bought several of these fans for our new house. Its great for large rooms and really puts off air. Beautiful. We even sprayed the blades a different color to match the furniture in one of our rooms.

Lovely fan!

I bought two of these fans, one for the family room and one for the master bedroom. I had someone install them, both went up in less than an hour. They look incredible and work wonderfully in both large rooms. I get a lot of compliments on how awesome they look and work. They have lights with dimmers, added bonus! I am extremely pleased!

Love This Fan, Bought Two

I originally installed this fan in my family room. Had no problem installing. It's not as quick as the "Five Minute" Hunter fans, but not complicated either. This 60" fan, exclusive to Lowes, moves some air! In fact, I never turn it on high, and it cools down our large open concept family room/dining room area. Product was easy to assemble and since this was used as a replacement for an existing fan, installation was quick and easy. No balancing was needed. Good air movement and very quiet operation. Only negative hence the 4star rating, was the 4" downrod supplied. Being a 60" fan normally used in larger rooms a longer downrod 12" would have been nice and saved me a trip to purchase the required downrod. Reverse switch glitch

Once installed by an certified electrician, reverse switch fail to work. Lowe's only solution was to bring back whole fan and get a replacement fan. That would have involved major work as fan was in vaulted ceiling space. After two attempts to contact manufacturer, I was successful in having bad part sent directly to me. They were courteous, apologetic and helpful. I still will incur additional costs to have parts replaced, but that is better than major costs in taking it down to have it replace...

Beautiful Fan

We replaced the fan in our bedroom. This large fan has really great curves and is almost completely silent.

Regalia Ceiling Fan

I purchased 4 of these fans after looking at them on the Lowes web site which clearly shows a picture of the fan with a down rod longer than 3 inches. After getting them home and opening the box I realized there is NO down rod included at all. I would think for the price of $199.99 that it would be included but it isn't. I then checked the outside of the box and it's clear on the box that it's not included. I guess I should have checked closer! Very, very frustrating, now I have to return them a...

Light failure

After 1 1/2 years from purchase light fixture totally burned out and new bulbs will not work. Blew out all three bulbs at one time. Have had other ceiling fans that lasted over 10 years without any issues. Poor quality for a pretty expensive fan. Do not recommend this product.

Self-installed to replace builder model

The product looks great and mounted as designed. Installed on a 14-foot ceiling pitched at 34 degrees. Also installed a Harbor Breeze universal remote unit and both work well. Just enough room in the canopy for wiring and receiver, even at the sharp angle. Room size is 15 x 22 ft. Didn't even need the balancing kit. I would like to have more CFMs on high, especially for a 60-inch model, but this will do. Light isnt the brightest, will have to replace with CFL or LED.

Perfect

Motor runs silently. Produces enough air circulation even with it set on the low. Looks great. Relatively easy to install. Lights that were included were a little dimmer than what we needed, but that was an easy, inexpensive fix.

Disappointed

Purchased one of these Hunter fans along with a Harbor Breeze Saratoga 60". Really disappointed in the hunter. Fan was unbalanced from the beginning. The HB Saratoga is dead on still at all speeds. After 30 minutes moving the clip on weight to all 5 blades and sliding it up and down, I finally gave up. Couldn't get it balanced. Ended up removing one of the pull down chains so they wouldn't wrap around each other and make a clanking noise in my son's bedroom. It does put out a good amount of air...

A very good ceiling fan

This ceiling fan is quiet and provides cooling to my living room. The only thing I noticed is that it has a slight wobble when on high speed. This is not a problem; it makes no noise. And, the fan is so powerful that I get all the cooling I need on the second highest speed, without any wobble at all.

Good Fan / Poor Globe

After renting scaffolding to install our Hunter fan I have the following to say about this fan: good fan, materials and operation. I'm really disappointed how easily the globe cracked. As I was tightening the finial the plastic globe keeper broke as I was putting the last spin on causing the globe to crack. I would recommend Hunter retool that plastic piece and make it out of metal with felt on the globe side.

Quiet Cool Breeze

I put this up this 3 days ago, and of the 6 or 7 ceiling fans I've installed over the years, the Hunter Regalia rates in the top two. The other was a Casablanca and I wasn't willing to spent so much this time. Fortunately, I didn't have to. The Regalia is fantastic with 4 speeds and absolutely zero movement, other than the pull chains in the breeze. And most important to me, the fan motor is virtually silent, even on the highest speed. Excellent in moving air around.

I installed this fan with no problem. The instructions were detailed and very simple to follow. The 60" diameter of this fan makes a huge difference when moving air compared to my Hunter 52-incher bedroom fan. Aesthetic quality is excellent. I hope the internals are as good. Mine came with a chipped glass glove so I called Hunter customer service and I received a new replacement within 2 days. That makes me a satisfied customer.

a good fan

I installed this fan in a 20x20 room with 12' ceilings. This 60" fan replaced a 52" fan, and it is noticeably bigger, even to the naked eye. Lowe's sells a 72" fan that I considered buying, but I'm glad I didn't. The room I installed this in has a 9' sliding glass door with a southern exposure - it gets sun all day long and can get quite warm. Stylish and Works Great!

I installed this in our game room upstairs, it looks great, works great and it's so quiet. Sturdy as a rock and I love that it has four settings vs. the traditional three. The gal at Lowe's was also awesome, she helped us narrow down our search and asked us some fact finding questions to help us make a solid decision.
