Easy to install, good quality

I bought this 1 week ago and it worked great. Had a heavy ceiling fan that I needed to relocate and this did the job.

Nice strong box

Replaced non-ceiling fan rated box with this one. Easy to install and appears super strong. Box can slide really close to joist on one side making it easy to replace new work box that was nailed in. I prefer metal box even though extra step needed to ground.

Works well. High priced at Lowe’s

Does what it is supposed to do. I had to price match a competitor for nearly half the price. Lowe’s needs to do better with pricing.

Ceiling fan brace

We've bought 3 of these for 3 ceiling fans. Very easy to install. Perfect for bracing ceiling fans. Price was very competitive..we recommend.

Sturdy when installed between joists

The ceiling fan bracket is easy to install and is very strong when installed correctly. I wouldn't use it for chin ups but it will easily support a ceiling fan.

Ceiling box

I had to return the item. When I got ready to use it, it had been opened and retaped and some of the items were missing from it.

This box is awesome you just cut 4-0 hole and you can slip the crossbar through the hole and twist it against the joists and then the box can be mounted to the crossbar so there's no need to get in the attic to brace the box before you install a ceiling fan...
