Raco is my go-to supplier for metal boxes & covers
Would RecommendI have used Raco metal electrical boxes and cover plates for more than 50 years and have never been disappointed. The quality has been constant over the decades. This receptacle cover was used in the ceiling of a horse barn tack room where old ceramic screw-in light bulb fixtures were replaced with plug-in LED strip lights.

No center screw
Would RecommendThe cutout is fine, but it should include the center screw like all the square box faceplates. The screws are not included with the outlet.
