Would RecommendIt was a cheap option to cover up some unused fixture and does the job well. The keyhole and slot make it easy to install with screws in place which is nice when these are typically overhead.

This met my needs, but I had to buy another box to get the screws I needed to install the cover on another box without screws that I already had installed.
