Clear pool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pool was starting to get green algae on the bottom due to having some pool pump issues. My husband added the Algae Guard and it cleared right up!! Nothing is worse than wanting to swim on a HOT summer’s day and not feeling comfortable due to the gross looking algae. I would differently recommend this product.

Works good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works! I was amazed how it has kept the algae down, especially in this ridiculous heat this summer! Our pool looks great and I love knowing the water is safe for my family to swim in! Can't wait to try to rest of the product line!!

Works, but foam left behind can be a pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a bad algae problem in our pool, and this helped tremendously combined with a shock treatment. After roughly 34 hours, the pool went from a dark muddy green to crystal blue. In honesty, I believe the algae guard alone sped up the process. Taking off a star because the algae guard left behind a little foaming issue that took quite a while to dissipate. To explain, it was a mild, thin layer of foam in spaces.

Amazing results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Else live in ge south so it is a complete pain trying to keep the pool clean because we use it so much during the summer. I wish I would have found this product sooner because it has made it so much easier to clean the pool.

Excellent algae cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our pool was full of algae after our pump broke down. We were able to get the algae under control within a week. We have since used this product weekly so the algae does not return. We are happy we can use our pool again in such a small amount of time.

Helped get rid of the green!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an issue with algae buildup on our pool tile. Adding it to the pool without having to scrub was really convenient. This plus shocking our pool more regularly has left the pool feeling much more clean this summer. Good product!

Algae be gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Florida which means that during the summer, I am living in my backyard pool. The issues is with continuing use, there is a quick build up of algae in the water. This product quickly helps remove any algae in the water and gets rid of that slimy algae feeling. And it’s affordable too, can’t beat that!

Very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to a wild variety of unique and unfortunate and unforseen events we have battled the little "yellow" enemy in our pool this year. Yes our pool's nemesis known as algae. Not exactly sure as to all the reasons why this season has been so tough to get the pool clean and clear. What I do know for certain is that using this algae treatment was a "one and done." It's great to know that this is product that works as intended. The first time!

What Algae?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drained my pool at the beginning of summer and literally got on my hands and knees to try to scrub the algae off the bottom. Clears Up Pool Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the dose to clear up some yellow algae that was being a little stubborn in my pool. It actually cleared up all the yellow by the next day and has kept it away ever since. I've never used a product that kept it away so well. Typically I'd see the yellow creeping back in after about a week but it's been several weeks and the weather is hot and it's still looking crystal clear and beautiful blue. The product does seem to make the water...

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works wonderfully. I live in Florida and it rains a lot which rain water creates algae in the pools. We have to be treating and cleaning the water constantly to keep it clear and free of algae. This product did a very good job killing the algae. I used it a few days ago and the water looks very good. No more algae or yellow/green water. The water got a bit cloudy for a bit but it was clear the next day. Rally like it so far.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely think it’s helping with the algae we seem to get some every year at the beginning of hurricane season here in Florida. We get lots of rain and storms and temperature changes. This seems to be helping this year.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this HTH brand Algae Guard as a preventative for algae. It only takes a small dose. I really only use it a couple of times during each season just as an upkeep. You can swim right after use. It seems to work well because I have no problems with algae or mold.

Perfect to kill Algae

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will always buy this product because there isn't anything that comes close to killing algae then HTH Super Algae Guard . I put this in my pool when i see it has become a problem and it starts to work fairly quick and it actually keeps the algae from coming back. I always have this on hand living in Florida because we constantly use our pool year round. Highly Recommend!
