Poor performance of printing
This is the second crappy color printer from HP. The problem is the delivery of the printed paper. It predictably jams regardless of the paper used and regardless if one paper is printed or multiple (less than 10) are printed. In addition, this HP printer takes the boobie prize as the paper tray could not be put back in. I've only used the printer maybe 6 times before the paper tray problem emerged. I'll now go to Fed Ex computer when I need color prints.

Printer Good and Fair
The printer is very loud when printing, it sometimes looses wifi connection and the touch bad is very difficult to use. On the positive side, print quality is excellent in both black and white and color. Prints great photos.

HP Office Jet Pro 8138e
The printer is good, but not great. I was truly hoping to get the same quality of images as my HP Envy and sadly, the quality is not there. It is not clear and the color disappoints. The scanning, faxing, etc. are working great. I just wish the quality had not diminished over the years.
