New Hisense Dishwasher // Stewart

Great dishwasher and even greater installer. i believe the young mans name is Preston. he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. he had a little trouble installing the dishwasher, but he worked around the floor issue. Does not clean well

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased or used. The dishes have a 50/50 chance of being clean. Sometimes even the dish soap doesn’t all come off, so that my cups foam up when I get drinking water. The rack parts that snap in do not stay in. I have 3 kids, work full time, and stay busy so I didn’t have the time or man power to return the dishwasher. I’m stuck with it. This has been a very disappointing purchase.

Trash! Out the box this thing did not work and I am beyond the 30 day return window. And oh yea, I can't get a response from Hisense. Shameful business.

Broken on Arrival

I will not purchase appliances from Lowe's again. First test run and not working. Now I am playing the game of manufacturer warranty. I called, could not understand a word the person was saying, other than a manager will call me. No calls so far. This is the second appliance I purchased from Lowe's that was broken. I also purchased a low profile microwave. I got it out the box and the bottom was smashed in, but the box wasn't, so I feel like it was knowingly packed damaged. Nightmare!

worst dishwasher

This thing is complete garbage. It slowly fills with water when not in use. Leaves a white residue on dishes even using the recommended detergent and jet dry. You have to practically wash the dishes by hand and then they still come out with white residue. Wish it wasn't too late to return it.

Deliver damaged

Bought kitchen package on Black Friday. Multiple appliances damaged when unboxing a couple months later. Out of the 30 day window for return.

Very good looking dishwasher,easy to operate.

Very efficient cleans great and the set up inside is very user-friendly and smart.

Door popping feature

I like the features that this dishwasher offers, especially the door popping open when it is finished with a cycle

Hate the dishwasher does not have a drying option.

No Customer Support, No parts for sale in USA

I now regret buyer this product in the last year. This is a China product. No parts are for sale in the USA. No foriegn parts seller will sell and ship to USA. Hisense-USA is a joke - no actually USA support. Beware!

Very quiet amd cleans great

The product is good...very quiet...nit too fond of the bottom rack. Ita was.misaing the toe board nad we havw tries to lowea fir 3 days in a row...i have put im hold for over an hout each time and no one evwr picka the phone back up. Not very good customer service afer you buy the product.

18 Months Old, then Died.

No parts, no ability to repair, no repair shops able to work on. Upper basket water arm, stopped aligning early on. It wasn't a great experience with the MFG, however Lowes did make it right.

Arrived damaged be careful

Arrived damaged Lowe’s doesn’t care. They offered me $50 to keep it. It won’t shut correctly so it’s not usable. They will not help you or replace. Be sure to buy with a credit card to at least have some other recourse because Lowe’s does not care about how it delivers its items.

Smart dishwasher!

The dishwasher is super quiet and I love the top shelf as a way for me to lay my cooking utensils down and get cleaned. The only thing this dishwasher is missing is it being WiFi enabled so I can control it from my phone.
