What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise reliable key-cutting with the vast majority reporting duplicates that work perfectly on first attempt. Many highlight knowledgeable, friendly staff who resolve issues machines cannot, such as identifying correct blanks. Multiple keys ordered simultaneously consistently function as expected. Some express concerns about pricing, finding costs higher than local alternatives. A few report occasional failed cuts or delays in service. Overall, most customers consider the in-store convenience and dependable performance well worth using despite minor cost reservations.

I had two keys made for alock I had on my gate and the person who made them didn't check the machine cut. Both keys were cut wrong! I went back 9-30-26 and the person making my new key checked the new key made again. The new key was again cut wrong. The sales person gave me good advice to go to a lick smith.
