The product itself works as intended and it works well. There may have been a small amount of problem finding the number of items needed, but was done, barely. My main problem was, me being a disabled person and in pain 24/7/365, was in the aisle where said product was to be found, and *NOT ONCE* in the 20+ minutes I was in that aisle looking for what I needed, did *ANY* Lowes employee stop and come ask me if I needed help. It would have been *extremely* helpful so that I probably wouldn't have...
