Not Grade 8, probably not even Grade 5.
Would Not RecommendI bought one of these to replace a Grade 5 fastener that I damaged, and at the same torque that the other Grade 5 bolts held, this bolt *stretched*, and failed to reach final torque. The head of the bolt was marked HP, and had the six lines claiming Grade 8 status, but it was definitely NOT Grade 8 steel.
