Would RecommendProduct didn't work but that was my fault. Needed a 4" not a 3". However, it was threaded correctly!

Would RecommendThis was a substitute because the actual shoulder bolt for a wheel shaft that I needed was not in stock. There were a number of bolts out of stock.
