I used these for furniture legs. The wood threads went in easily to the leg and the other end did the same in the 5/16 threaded insert. Only complaint is the price and the fact that to get 8 of them I had to buy 4 individual packs. Would be nice if Lowe’s carried them in packages with multiple bolts.

I used this product to fit the boards under my bed to hold between the board and legs to the ben without breaking and fit perfectly.
