Would RecommendGalvanized and stranded picture hanging wire. Get two for large paintings and double up on the wire. Not Cheap!

Would Not RecommendBoth screws broke while screwing them into the pilot hole I drilled. Very soft metal screws are worthless.
Wire snapped, screw eyes nearly broke
Would Not RecommendDrilled pilot holes for screw eyes and installed in 30 lb. mirror. After attaching wire robe, I lifted the mirror off the ground 2”, and the wire snapped after about 5 seconds. Noticed the screw eyes were very bent as well. Removed screw eyes to find them twisted and nearly snapped from install. Double checked screw eyes against drill bit and the correct bit was used. There was no kink in wire at point of snap. This product cannot support 30 lbs, let alone 50 lbs. I strongly recommend ag...

Great if you like broken stuff!
Would Not RecommendPurchased this kit rated for 50 lbs to hang a 32 lb mirror. Got the hooks positioned, attached the wire, hung the mirror and within 2 minutes the wire broke, mirror fell, took out everything on the dresser with it... Broken mirror, broken vases, etc.. Think the manufacturer will stand behind their "guarantee"?? Just lost a bunch of money. thanks Lowes!!!!

Would RecommendI have a poster sized framed historical map that has fallen off the wall twice because I used things I had around the house. I had wire I thought would hold the frame and it dropped twice. I kept forgetting to get the actual hanging wire when I was out. So far it is working great. I don't expect any more problems. I know you should have the appropriate tool/product to do a job but I was in a rush to get it up. This is a small thing but it is worth picking it up.
