The tent company & "universal coupling" replacement options only sold the coupling in straight form. This aluminum tube was the correct O.D. (1/2") but I had to guess at the I.D. Long story short, I needed to drill the aluminum tube to get the I.D. I needed. After making the bend with a pipe bender, the coupler was a great fit. Aluminum square tubing
Would RecommendNot the gauge advertised.
I ordered this online as my local store was out of stock. When it arrived I quickly could tell this was not 11 gauge. I measured and it was 0.053 which is 17 gauge, basically half the thickness advertised.
Overcharging compared to other stores
Would Not RecommendI found identical except 1 foot longer for 1/2 the price at Menards
