Clean cut & fast service
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this knife as a replacement for the one I had dropped and broke the handle. This is my workhorse, my go-to knife. I use this 90% of the time. Great balance, fits securely in the hand. I was surprised by how quickly I received it. It helped immensely since I didn’t have to go without for long.

German Steel
Would RecommendGreat price point for a knife made with German steel. It's manufactured in Spain to keep prices low, but doesn't skimp on quality or performance. I use this for mincing chopping and slicing. The Japanese styling makes it sharper than my traditional German style knife, and the hollow edge prevents food from sticking. Can't live without this knife, my definite favorite kitchen friend.
