Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this cleaver to upgrade from our previous knife. It has been everything we wanted. Fits well in your hand, has a nice weight and is certainly sharp. Highly recommend for anyone needing to add a cleaver to their knife drawer.

Every Kitchen needs a Cleaver

I didn't realize how much use I would get from a cleaver but now I don't know how I lived without having one. We do a lot of smoking and barbequing and bring out the cleaver two or three times a week just for cutting through ribs and large pieces of beef and pork. Also find it handy to slice through melons and other thick root vegetables. Comfortable handle ensures a confident grip so using the cleaver is not as intimating as expected. Great value for invaluable cutlery addition.

Fantastic cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heft is really well balanced, giving the user a good sense of control and accuracy. Seems like a very decent steel from my perspective, and it maintained the sharp edge while using it on brittle rabbit bones.

Great knife

Have used it multiple times already and the weight distribution is great for ease of cutting through larger cuts of meat and cutting through bone!

An Awesome Gift

nice little cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this a lot as more of a general chefs knife. The grind on the spine of the blade needed to be deburred quite a bit to make it more comfortable to choke up on. I used a small diamond stone to do that. I'd also prefer the front of the handle to taper in a bit more, or at least be rounded a little.

Great Cleaver!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cleaver. Perfect size for my kitchen. It is compact, but still heavy enough to get what I need done. I have only had it a short time, but have used it several times now. It’s comfortable to use and is balanced well for a cleaver. Seems to be good and with the proper care, should last many years.
