Would RecommendSolid and well made. Perfect length for backyard and patio use. Purchased two strands to use for a backyard wedding reception. Worked perfectly with Japanese lanterns. Were used to softly light up tree canopy and also patio area. Were so attractive and worked so well will leave installed. Ideal adequate but not glaring illumination. Bulbs do not (over)heat.

Brought them home and took them out to my deck, screwed in the bulbs. I thought, "These actually seem pretty solid." Then I plugged them in. They lit up for a split second then died.
