Would RecommendThe ceiling fan is just what we were looking for. The only problem was the installation that was paid for and arranged by Lowes thru Angi. The first appointment scheduled never had anyone show up for installation. Also they never called us and cancelled. Finally we found out who the contractor was and we had to contact them directly. It was eventually installed and is working fine.

Would Not RecommendAfter installation , the pull cords caused a mild electrical shock when touched. Yes, it was installed and grounded correcty. And the issue is with the faulty fixture, not my home's wiring. This never ocurred with the fixture it replaced. Hopefully this was an isolated error and yours will be fine. We liked the looks of it, other than the getting shocked part . This should read 0 stars, not 5. It seemed I had to mark at least one to submit.

Would Not RecommendThe motor sounds like a washing machine. The blades are impossible to balance. It is annoyingly noisy. I must have gotten a lemon but there is no recourse if you don’t take the warranty with Lowe’s. I will lose the cost of the fan as well as the price for installment. It’s too noisy for a bedroom. I’m sorry I didn’t stay with Hunter brand. I’ve never had a problem with one and I have 5 in my house— some over 20 years old.
