Would Not RecommendI had two (of four) lights burn out in less than a month after installation. They were installed by a contractor on wooden steps which will not have to be disassembled to pull out the lights.

Terrible design
Would Not RecommendThe product is terribly designed. If you are mounting this as a permanent fixture for example in a wall, where the top plate will be covered, it is impossible to remove the light if it burns out or breaks. The screws to hold the light in place Screw in from the top, not the bottom so it is inaccessible once you’ve installed it. Someone clearly had no idea what they were doing when they designed it that way. I returned them and ordered different ones from another brand.

Good lighting / challenge to connect
Would RecommendI had to reconnect these a couple times. The location was difficult to reach so it was not an enjoyable install. Once connected, the lighting was significantly better and lit the area very well.

Would RecommendI had no problem installing (2) of these fixtures on the step-down on my deck. The only problem is that they are too bright for the area. So, I took white duck tape and covered the lens to subdue the brightness. You get a lot of bang for your money on these!
