The rubber mulch received mixed reviews. Some customers were satisfied with its durability, longevity, and cushioning properties, while others were disappointed by the color not matching the website images. Safety concerns were raised due to the presence of steel belts and fabric shreds in the mulch. The high cost compared to traditional wood mulch and challenges with estimating the required quantity were also noted as drawbacks.
