What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. Some customers were disappointed with the color not matching the website, and found safety concerns with steel belts and fabric shreds in the mulch. However, many appreciated the long-lasting nature, ability to stay in place, and low-maintenance compared to traditional mulch. Customers found it easy to install and a good value, especially in bulk. Reviewers advise carefully measuring the area and maintaining a 2-inch depth, as coverage may be less than expected. The mulch may not be suitable for areas with flowering plants.

Would RecommendAfter purchasing a new swing set/play play space for the children in our family, we considered options for safety features and landed on bulk rubber mulch from Lowes. It provided the coverage we needed and created an attractive space. Unlike traditional mulch, this is pest-resistant and durable!

Color completely different
Would Not RecommendI ordered this rubber mulch because on the website it shows it as being tan/beige. When I opened the product after it was delivered it is actually a charcoal gray (see photo). I am not saying the quality of the product is bad, but it is definitely not what is shown on the website. Now I have to figure out a way to return 2 pallets to Lowe's. I am super disappointed!
