Excellent screw for 1/2 in plywood, good holding power and works great over subfloor.

Screws are durable

The screws do alright, but they don't have much holding strength as they are not threaded all the way to the head. On longer screws (1 5/8" and longer), that is not such an issue as they have more threaded shank and hold the wood tight. These will strip out even in 2/4's if you are not careful. I bought these to put up 1/4" OSB and thought they would do fine. Mostly they have, but I switched from an impact driver to a cordless drill so I could adjust the torque applied.

It is great!

I like the screws because they grab on the wood really good!
