What Customers Are Saying
The cordless trimmer is generally well-received for its lightweight and easy-to-use design, providing good value and convenient battery life for light to moderate use. However, some users report issues with the trimmer struggling with thicker vegetation, awkward string feeding, and limited battery life for larger yards. While suitable for homeowners with small to medium-sized yards and light-duty needs, those with more demanding requirements may want to consider a more powerful model.

Would Not RecommendThere is no bump to advance the reel. Trying to open the reel clover almost cost me a fingernail; I ended up with one side open and had to pry the other side with a flathead screwdriver. During assembly, the push buttons did not line up and took a lot of force to pop in. Customer service via phone was hard to reach, taking a long time. The chat timed out before I could supply a response. Now, I have to watch a video on how to thread the stupid string. Not a great experience. Design work is neede...

Entirely too small
Would Not RecommendI'm 5'4" and this item is borderline too small for me. I still have to lean over to use it. My 6'4" husband thought it was a joke. It's currently broken. The string got stuck in the machine and we can't get it out. Fun times. Waste of money. Should have gone for something different.

Lightweight, efficient trimmer
Would RecommendI've been using an bulky electric trimmer and needed something lightweight and less of a hassle around my fair sized yard and landscaping. This trimmer is easy to handle, gets close enough to the landscaping and edges around the yard great. The battery charge holds enough to get the job done. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Cutting remarks
Would RecommendWhile it's something of a challenge to put together because the instructions don't really instruct, this does a fine job. It's lightweight and it works well on what we need it for.

Greenworks does a great job
As compared to my previous battery-operated string trimmer, this one can do both my front and back yard (with power to spare!). I also have a Greenworks lawn mower. Both are fine products and either meet or exceed my expectations.
